Caterpillar construction equipment

My father is a retired construction worker who uses to run his own company. I actually had no idea how many caterpillar construction equipment he actually owned until he moved after his retirement. My father figured that he was probably was not going to need his tools and building materials in the future. Somehow, though he found plenty of space for his Caterpillar Construction equipment. Moving from a large house to a small apartment can be quite challenge. Dad made the move with grace and he even commented on how much easier it is to maintain a living space that is Maintenance-free. Giving up his tools and building materials was a big step but giving up his Caterpillar construction equipment was a big step that he was not willing to take. He devised a clever scheme that paid off in the long run. Unfortunately, none of his three children owned enough property to house his Caterpillar construction equipment. This land is ideal for housing Caterpillar construction equipment. When I approached my father about helping us out with adding an addition to our small house, he gladly accepted the request.
